The geographical boundaries of the Virginias Chapter shall include the Commonwealth of Virginia, except the counties of Frederick, Clark, Loudon, and Fairfax. In addition, includes the West Virginia counties of Hardy, Grant, Tucker, Webster, Nicholas, Fayette, Raleigh, Wyoming and McDowell.
