Once elected into chapter membership, the individual then becomes a member of the National organization. As we look forward to our next 30 years, Virginias Chapter, CMAA is pleased to showcase our Annual Sponsorship Program. This program is designed to support the Chapter, while offering great benefit to the Sponsors. Proceeds from our Annual Golf Tournament will continue to provide support for our Student Chapters, as well as, the Host Club's Charity of Choice. Sponsorship ensures top level educational offerings, scholarship programs for students and Chapter members, and sustains the Chapter. Along with your participation, we appreciate any level of commitment that you may afford the Virginias Chapter. The single best way to market to club managers is to become affiliated with one of the largest and most established professional associations in the industry, the Club Managers Association of America. The Virginias Chapter Sponsorship Program gives participating companies a formal connection to the Association.

This program offers businesses that provide products, services and information to the club industry a competitive advantage. Sponsors enjoy an exclusive opportunity to access a vast network of potential customers and the means to reach them cost-effectively. Your sponsorship affiliation is an important way to promote the business interests that you have in common with all Virginias Chapter CMAA members. Participate in the Virginias Chapter for connections, recognition, support, and access to the private club industry in the Virginias. Annual Levels of Commitment:

  • Title

    • $10,000: Title Sponsorship Recognition at meetings and events. Annual local CMAA Vendor Partner membership PLUS 8 Tickets to 30-Year Party; Eightsome in the Annual Golf Tournament; 12 Rounds of Golf with Cart at Any Participating CMAA *Golf Club. Limited to 1 title sponsorship. Includes Affiliate benefits.

  • Platinum

    • $5,000: Annual local CMAA Vendor Partner membership PLUS 6 Tickets to 30-Year Party; Sixsome in the Annual Golf Tournament; 8 Rounds of Golf with Cart at Any Participating CMAA *Golf Club. Limited to 2 platinum sponsorships. Includes Affiliate benefits.

  • Gold

    • $2,500: Annual local CMAA Vendor Partner membership PLUS 4 Tickets to 30-Year Party; Foursome in the Annual Golf Tournament; 4 Rounds of Golf with Cart at any Participating CMAA *Golf Club. Limited to 4 gold sponsorships. Includes Affiliate benefits.

  • Silver

    • $1,500: Annual local CMAA Vendor Partner membership PLUS 4 Tickets to 30-Year Party; Twosome in the Annual Golf Tournament. Limited to 6 silver sponsorships. Includes Affiliate benefits.

  • Affiliate

    • $750: Display of your logo on the Virginias Chapter CMAA Website identifying your company as a Virginias Chapter supporter; One opportunity to sponsor a Chapter meeting to showcase your industry with table display, handouts, and a ten minute presentation; Affiliate listing in the online Virginias Chapter CMAA Member Directory; List and contact information for all Virginias Chapter CMAA members; Online Virginias Chapter CMAA Member Directory including: member name, title, club/facility, address, phone, fax and e-mail; Complimentary attendance at all Virginias Chapter CMAA education meetings; $250 discount on entry fee for Virginias Chapter CMAA Annual Golf Tournament.
